Live Here! A look at the 5 year historical data charts shown on this page clearly indicates that the future indeed looks bright for condo values at CRP. Over the past 5 years, all unit types increased year-to-year. The only decline in the 5 year period was in 2006 when 2 bedroom units experienced a slight decline in value.
